• Please return goods unused within 30 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
• Please complete the returns form indicating which product you would like to return and the reason for the return
• Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on +48 41 267 25 00 prior to sending in this instance).
• We recommend using a signature service (ie; registered post) as MATSMITHS cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us
